How to Apply

You can now submit applications for employment with Coolidge Unified School District on line. Please select the link at the right listed as Applicant Log-in. This link will take you directly to the School Recruiter Web site. It will provide a list of posted employment opportunities. 

  1. Click on the position you would like to view and it will provide you with a job description.
  2. Select the “Apply for This Position” button on the right hand side of the screen.
  3. The screen will change and it will provide you with two options, “Previous Applicants” or “New Applicants”. If you have previously submitted your application on-line, you would select “Previous Applicants” to update your information or to apply for other positions.   

Individuals submitting an application for the first time would select “New Applicants”. The screen will change to allow you to register for the first time. Please keep track of your log-in name and password to allow for changes to your application and to apply for additional employment opportunities.

To find out what positions are currently open within our district, check out the Job Openings page. To assist us in processing your application in the most expeditious manner, we'll need applicants to thoroughly complete all areas of the application and provide all pertinent information.


Certified Admin Info

Applicants must attach the following information with their online applicaion:

  • Certificate: Submit a copy of your valid AZ Department of Education certificate. If your certificate is pending, indicate pending in the date issued column, and list what certificates you have made application for (i.e., Elementary K-8, Secondary, etc.).
  • Transcripts: Include a complete set of college transcripts. Unofficial copies are sufficient until hired; at time of employment an official set will be required.
  • Placement File/ Employment References: A placement file or three current employment letters of recommendation.
  • References: Provide current and complete phone numbers.
  • Employment History: Complete job history for the past 10 years. If you have gaps in your employment history, indicate reasons for gap. Be sure to provide complete and current phone numbers.
  • Fingerprint Clearance Card: Attach a copy of your valid fingerprint clearance card. 

While there is a lot of information that we request, it does assist us in making the most prudent decision on whom to interview for our open positions.



Applicants must attach the following information with their online application:

  • Education: If the job you are applying for requires a high school diploma, AA Degree or 60 credit hours of higher education, you must provide a copy of your HS diploma or GED, transcripts verifying hours, or AA degree, at time of application.
  • Employment History: Complete job history for the past 10 years. If you have gaps in your employment history, indicate reasons for gap. Be sure to provide complete and current phone numbers.
  • Essay: Complete both questions in your own handwriting and in English. If someone else fills out the application, please indicate that on the application form.
  • Letters of Recommendation: You must include three letters of recommendation when you submit your application.
