Annual Financial Reports
The Annual Financial Report (AFR) is a report of expenditures made and revenues received for the school year beginning July 1 and ending June 30 of the following year. The report is put together by our Business Services Department and approved by the Governing Board. You are welcome to view it on the Arizona Department of Education (ADE) School Finance website.
Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports
State law mandates that school districts required to undergo an annual single audit publish a complete set of financial statements presented in conformity with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America and audited in accordance with audited standards generally accepted in the United States by a certified public accounting firm licensed in the State of Arizona.
Auditor General Reports
Fiscal year budgets are submitted to ADE Information and Financial Services annually and proposed in June of each year and adopted in July. Governing Board-approved documents can be found below.
