Register My Athlete - FAQ
The CHS Athletic Department utilizes the paper-free management of the Register My Athlete for parents/athletes to complete instead of our traditional Student Athletic Handbook. Register My Athlete creates a secure, easy, and fast process for families and administration to keep track of required documents for athletes.

Here is a copy of the 2023-2024 AIA Sports Physical in case there are difficulties when trying to download and/or print it.

AIA Academy Online Education Courses
All CHS student athletes will have to complete the Brainbook online concussion education course as well as the Opioid course prior to participation in practice and/or competition. These courses have to be completed just once in the student's high school career.

Transfer Student Seeking Eligibility
Transfer students who are wanting to join a CHS Athletic Program will first have to complete an AIA 550 Student Online Transfer Form.
Please be aware that by filling out this form, it does not grant athletic eligibility. The final decision and requirements are made on behalf of the Arizona Interscholastic Association (AIA).

CHS Athletics Department will be utilizing the digital ticketing platform Go Fan for all hosted athletic events.
Go Fan is easy to buy, transfer, and validate
Tickets can be purchased through the Coolidge High School Go Fan browser page or with the mobile app Go Fan - High School Tickets up to a week in advance!
