Child care will be available from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday-Thursday.

Mini Bears Preschool will follow the Coolidge Unified School District 2023-2024 Calendar for holidays and breaks. The tuition is not pro-rated for holidays.

Annual non-refundable registration fee: $60.00 (per child)

Tuition is based on an annual amount of $3,950.00 and is paid in 10 monthly payments.

Monthly: $395 (per month)

CUSD Employee: $375 (per month)

Second sibling in paid preschool: $375 (per month)

Half-day: $300 (per month)

Preschool tuition is due on the first business day of each month.

Preschool tuition payments should be made by cash, money order, or check to: Coolidge Unified School District.

Payments can be made at the Mini Bears Preschool with Director Danielle Tucker, Instructor Amanda Blatz, or at the CUSD District Office via debit card.

**Tuition not paid by the 6th of the month will be assessed a $50.00 late fee.

**Tuition not paid by the 10th will result in the child being dropped from the preschool and not allowed to attend preschool beginning with the 11th day of the same month.

Mini Bears Preschool will provide, upon request, payment history for tax purposes. The program Tax ID number is #86-6000557.

Preschool tuition will not be pro-rated for half or partial days of attendance. No tuition credit will be offered for absences due to illness or vacation.

Family preschool students removed from preschool after the 10th business day may bring their past-due tuition up-to-date. Another $60.00 registration fee may be required and the child may be placed at the bottom of the preschool waiting list, pending availability at that time.

Preschool tuition and registration fees are non-refundable.

The financially responsible parties will be responsible for any charges or legal costs incurred by CUSD in the collection of the delinquent accounts.

A two-week written notice is required should you plan to withdraw your child from the program. Program fees are non-refundable.
