Hello,
My name is Michelle Gonzales and I am excited to tell you about the addition of a program opportunity for Coolidge youth. Coolidge Unified School District has partnered with Jobs for Arizona’s Graduates (JAG), an associate of the national organization, Jobs for America’s Graduates. Coolidge High School (CHS) is now offering the JAG program for our students. JAG was created to help young people stay in school, acquire the academic, personal, leadership, and vocational skills to be successful upon graduation and beyond.
As the coordinator for CHS JAG, I am responsible for supporting participants in the program. Support varies and is tailored to the needs, skills, and pathways of the individual participants. Although JAG has been successful for over 40 years, this is the first year of implementation at CHS. I am seeking support from the community. Support in the following areas would be greatly appreciated and beneficial to our participants.

- Job Shadowing opportunities
- Field Trip opportunities
With your support, participants will learn about the opportunities our community has to offer. Additionally, JAG participants will seek opportunities to add value to your business, organization, or employer. The goal is to develop productive members of the community and create lasting relationships between businesses and students that will last a lifetime.
