ESA Athletic Participation Payment Notice

Important: Before submitting an athletic participation payment, parents/guardians must first contact the Coolidge Jr. High or Coolidge High School Athletic Department to begin the eligibility process.

Athletic participation payments should not be made until all of the following requirements have been met:

• The student has contacted the appropriate Athletic Department.
• The student has successfully made the athletic team through the regular tryout or selection process (based on available roster space).
• The student has completed all required athletic clearance requirements, including submission and approval of all required district and CAA/AIA participation documents.

Payment of the applicable athletic participation fee is required before the student is eligible to participate in interscholastic contests, including games, meets, matches, and other competitions. Students who have not paid the required participation fee in full are not eligible to compete until payment has been received.

Submitting payment does not guarantee team placement, playing time, continued eligibility, or participation. Athletic participation remains subject to all District policies, Arizona Interscholastic Association (AIA) requirements, and applicable state law.

Athletic participation fees are non-refundable, including if a student voluntarily withdraws, quits the team, is removed from the team, or otherwise does not complete the season.
